happy new year

framboisier

Please accept this very un-seasonal framboisier to put this year to bed. The French like to send cards in January rather than December, which is much easier in the calm after all the parties. Bonne année to all – may the next be full of hopes and adventures.

    Hi Frances,

    Happy New Year!

Hope you are well and enjoying your adventure in Paris.

I keep thinking from time to time how you might be doing. And while writing this email to you I realised we’re friends on Facebook and hopped over to find that you’re teaching people how to make cakes, were traveling in Italy and our birthdays are 3 days apart in November! It’s odd that you don’t feature in my newsfeed (maybe now you will because of the mighty Facebook tracking).

Hope you are well and doing delicious things and hope this year brings everything you desire.

    x Shaheen
